The Junior League of Dallas exemplifies the AJLI Mission through exceptional growth, engagement, leadership development, and community impact. This year, the League welcomed 378 new member applications and 34 Active transfers while implementing thoughtful, data-driven strategies to strengthen connection and belonging at every stage of the membership experience. From full-capacity General Membership Meetings to the launch of a bi-monthly Transfer Buddy Program and the inclusive “Love Your League” campaign, the League created meaningful opportunities for Members to engage and thrive.

Their commitment to philanthropy was equally impressive. Signature events such as Giddy Up for Good Auction and the Milestones Luncheon delivered strong financial results and elevated community visibility, while collaborative fundraising efforts secured support for key initiatives like Women LEAD. Through Community Programs and Signature Projects, the League mobilized hundreds of trained volunteers to deliver meaningful impact across the Dallas community.

At the heart of their success is a deep commitment to developing women leaders. Through a year-long leadership curriculum, a partnership with BoardBuild that certified 73 Members in board governance, the 18th year of their Leadership Institute, and a powerful Women’s Summit, the League empowered women to lead with confidence and purpose.

The League achieved all of this while strengthening its internal operations through improved governance, strategic planning, and organizational restructuring — positioning the organization for continued success for years to come.

This League was chosen from the Circle of Distinction - a group of finalists for the Excellence Award that represent the finest example of Mission-driven leadership, transformative community impact, and organizational vitality across the Association.
