The annual AJLI Awards Program is a marquee event for The Junior League. Celebrating the work of thousands of women leaders, it is an occasion marked by optimism, energy, and a collective recommitment to the Junior League’s focus on creating strong, effective leaders who can make real and lasting contributions in their communities.
International Find the Good Day is dedicated to finding the good in yourself, your community, and the world around you. This Day is not just a date on the calendar; it’s a movement that reflects the timeless spirit of Junior Leagues – a legacy of kindness, empowerment, and community transformation. Together, we aim to make a difference by embracing the power of unity, positive change, and finding the good. On the third Thursday in September, Junior Leagues across the Association hosts events and raise awareness. Whether it is a community fair or a self-care event for local leaders, this day provides an opportunity to build awareness and support for The Junior League movement.
Every Woman. All Things. is a transformative initiative launched by The Association of Junior Leagues International to reclaim well-being, and reimagine life where role strain, role conflict and burnout are no longer the cost of being everything to everyone. It was created to challenge the idea that burnout, role conflict, and doing it all should be the cost of showing up in the world.
The 40/40 Awards celebrate outstanding Junior League Members who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, service, and impact in their communities and careers. Selected from across six countries and all Leagues, these remarkable women exemplify the values of empowerment, leadership, and community impact that define the Junior League. We are incredibly proud to recognize their contributions and celebrate their achievements.
