Through intentional focus on membership, leadership training, community impact, and fund development, Junior League of San Jose delivered measurable and visible results, growing their BIPOC membership from 10% to 31%, offering a robust curriculum of diversity and inclusion trainings, diversifying their community partners and vendors, and embedding DEIBA requirements directly into League policies. JLSJ built systems that will sustain their dedication to DEIBA in The Junior League.
