2026 Division 4
In response to Member feedback for greater and stronger connection, Junior League of Washington DC launched a Mentoring Pilot Program, pairing newer Members with experienced League leaders for personalized guidance and support that goes well beyond traditional onboarding. JLW introduced a Work from HQ initiative, inviting Members into their headquarters to work, connect, and build a genuine sense of ownership and belonging. Not to mention they created an entirely new Recruitment Communications Committee, which produced more than 50 recruitment posts generating over 15,000 impressions across social media platforms, resulting in 424 women filling out an interest form and 261 prospective members attending a recruitment orientation session.
Congratulations to the Junior League of Washington DC!
