Training & Membership Experience Coordinator! This entry-level position plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of impactful training, education, and member engagement initiatives across the Association.
Reporting to the Vice President of Training and Membership Experience, this role will help design leadership development programs, coordinate signature initiatives such as our 40 Over 40 /40 Under 40 recognitions, and support DEIB and civic responsibility programming. The Coordinator will also serve as a liaison to networking groups and manage partnerships like the Miami University miniMBA.
