2025: Kasey Trombley
Since joining the Junior League of Columbus in 2021, Kasey Trombley has emerged a powerful advocate for women, children, and underrepresented communities. Following an impressive 30-year career in law enforcement, Kasey transitioned to Chief Operating Officer of The Food Mill, a nonprofit that addresses food insecurity by eliminating barriers to healthy meal options. In this role, she has expanded partnerships with schools, shelters, and healthcare providers, ensuring consistent access to nutritious food for families in need across the Columbus area.
Kasey’s commitment to service is equally evident in her League leadership. As Chair of the Diaper Bank Initiative, she led one of the most successful drives since the pandemic, collecting over 24,000 diapers. Her creative “Baking for Babies” campaign combined grassroots fundraising with community engagement, helping sustain vital resources for low-income families. She also deepened member engagement as Transfer & Hospitality Chair, creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for new and transitioning members.
Currently serving as SPAC Co-Chair, Kasey represents her League in state-level advocacy, championing policies that improve the lives of women and children. Whether mentoring students, building coalitions, or leading legislative discussions, Kasey brings a strategic, empathetic, and human-driven approach that continues to shape a more just and equitable community.
