• Creative activation of the Find the Good Day spirit that reflects local needs and garners interest and participation
The Junior League of Las Vegas, NV
The Junior League of Las Vegas held a lot of activities in creative ways to celebrate Find the Good Day, including one of their members writing a song to commemorate the day.
The Junior League of Las Vegas also gave away $60,000 in grants to 18 different nonprofits in their community while also serving shift at three different nonprofits throughout the day. To celebrate their hard work, the League lit the High Roller Ferris Wheel in bright yellow and encouraged members to come ride and take photos.

The Junior League of Alexandria, LA
Our first winner is the Junior League of Alexandria, Louisiana. They celebrated Find The Good Day by providing 24 hours of community service. In total, they served 133 hours over a 24-hour period. By doing so, they solidified community partnerships, empowered students and teachers to share kindness and helped business and organizations complete projects.
This is the true power of “many hands make light work”. They were granted proclamations from the City of Alexandria and the City of Pineville and from the state of Louisiana.
