Meet Dr. Paulette J. Evans

Dr. Paulette J. Evans embarked on her Junior League journey in 2010 with The Junior League of Greensboro, where she quickly committed to the mission of the organization. After eight years of leading locally, Paulette felt inclined to make a bigger impact by applying to serve at the AJLI level. She was slated as a Governance Committee Member for 2018-2020. Shortly after beginning this new adventure, she relocated to Raleigh and transferred to that local League. Over the last six years, Paulette has served in various leadership positions in The Junior League of Raleigh, including Membership Vice President, Strategic Planning Task Force Chair, and President. Her exceptional contributions to the JLR were recognized with the 2019-2020 Foundation Award. Paulette recently transferred to The Junior League of Charlotte, where she is excited to bring her wealth of experience to make a difference in the Queen City.

Her academic path began at Clemson University where she was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematical Sciences. Driven by her desire for knowledge and interest in effective leadership, she went on to earn a Master of Business Administration with a focus on General Management, followed by a Doctor of Education in Performance Improvement Leadership from Capella University

In 2020, Paulette leveraged her extensive academic background to launch Evans Efficiency Experts, LLC. Backed by her certifications as a Public Arbitrator, Kaizen Facilitator, Project Management Professional, Professional of Healthcare Quality, and Six Sigma Black Belt, Paulette assists both individuals and organizations in solving complex challenges.

Paulette’s achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including the 2017 “40 Leaders Under 40” by the Triad Business Journal and recognition in Clemson World Magazine as the Fall 2017 Alumni Profile. She was also featured on prominent platforms such as the “Leader/Member Spotlight” by Ellevate Network and the KNOW Women’s “7 Black Women-Owned Businesses to KNOW” and “25 Coaches and Masterminds to KNOW and Support.” These honors underscore her significant impact both in her professional field and local community.
