Dr. Suzanne Kim Doud Galli is an experienced board member, leader, and advocate for volunteering, with a long-standing commitment to community engagement, mentorship, and diversity initiatives. As a member of the Junior League of Washington, D.C. since 2010, she has supported the League in many ways including through her participation in the League’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, helping to foster a more inclusive and equitable environment within the organization. Her dedication to service was recognized with a Volunteer Award, reflecting her commitment to empowering women and strengthening community impact.
Beyond The Junior League, Dr. Galli is an accomplished facial plastic surgeon and a leader in numerous nonprofit and community organizations. She has served as Secretary of both the Alumnae Board at Smith College and the Council of Korean Americans, as well as President of the Korean American Scholarship Foundation (Eastern Region), Korean Women’s International (KOWIN), Korean Coalition for Political Participation, and Smith College Club of Washington, D.C.
A highly regarded medical professional, Dr. Galli runs a private practice specializing in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She holds a BA from Smith College and earned her MD and PhD from the State University of New York, Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Her unique blend of leadership in both healthcare and nonprofit sectors has given her the skills necessary to drive meaningful impact and further the Junior League Mission.
