Blaire G. Hervey is a dynamic executive leader with over a decade of senior leadership experience in revenue growth, operational excellence, and community engagement. She has built a distinguished career in sales operations, honing her expertise in leadership and diversity. Her natural passion for learning and development has empowered her to leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and meaningful change.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Community Engagement for the Girl Scouts of Oregon & Southwest Washington, Blaire leads strategic initiatives to expand community representation, develop impactful engagement programs, and foster inclusive partnerships. She spearheaded the first Black Family Focus Initiative, increasing representation from 1% to the state average of 3% and designed and implemented digital strategies that have significantly boosted new member registrations. As the creator of the Community Engagement Training Series, she elevated staff competencies in key areas such as event success, strategic prospecting, and cultural competence.
Blaire’s other professional experience includes executive leadership roles at Salesforce, Amazon Web Services (AWS), ZoomInfo, Dell SecureWorks, and magicJack for Business, where she specialized in sales enablement, revenue strategy, and talent development. As Senior Director of Sales Leader Excellence Coaching at Salesforce, she played a critical role in driving sales performance, personally coaching 12-15 new executives per quarter and launching innovative sales training programs. At ZoomInfo, she was instrumental in improving onboarding efficiency and directed the Global Inclusion & Diversity initiative.
Her leadership extends beyond corporate strategy into community and nonprofit engagement. Blaire serves on the Board of Directors for the NAACP Portland and has been an active member of the Junior League of Portland since 2019, where she has held key leadership positions, including Membership Director and DEIB Advisor. She was named Volunteer of the Year in 2021 and Volunteer of the Month in July 2020 for her outstanding contributions. Blaire created the “Why I Almost Left the League” series, which created a space that promoted open dialogue and facilitated inclusion efforts across the Junior League movement.
Blaire is an MBA candidate at Willamette University and has pursued interdisciplinary studies at Sullivan University, Parsons School of Design, and Willamette University’s AGSM Study Abroad Program in India & Spain. She has earned multiple certifications in diversity, inclusion, sales coaching, strategic organizational management, and differentiated learning, demonstrating her commitment to continuous education and leadership development.
