Alice Franz Glenn, Immediate Past President of The Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI), is a longtime Junior League leader with extensive experience advancing women’s leadership, organizational strength, and community impact. She recently completed her term as AJLI Board President, leading an international network of more than 100,000 members dedicated to developing women leaders and creating meaningful community change. Her Association service also includes serving as an At-Large Board Director, and she previously served as President of The Junior League of New Orleans (JLNO).
Professionally, Alice serves as Executive Vice President of New Orleans & Company, the official destination sales and marketing organization for the City of New Orleans. In this role, she oversees enterprise strategy, culture, operations, government relations, and strategic partnerships that advance inclusive economic development and strengthen New Orleans’ position in domestic and global markets.
Alice remains deeply engaged in civic leadership. She currently chairs the United Way of Southeast Louisiana’s Women United chapter and serves on boards including the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, Louisiana Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations, and Citizens for One Greater New Orleans. She also serves on the Advisory Board for Humanities and Social Sciences at Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement.
A graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute and the Institute of Politics, she holds a BA in Political Science from Millsaps College and a master’s degree from Tulane University.
