JL Northwest Arkansas, AR, completed a community needs assessment that identified domestic violence as a critical issue and partnered with The Children’s Safety Center of Washington County, EOA Children’s House, Peace at Home Family Shelter, and NWA Women’s Shelter to address its causes and impacts.
