JL Raleigh, NC, began hosting the North Carolina Governor’s Inaugural Ball, a fundraising and community celebration honoring newly elected state leaders and generating proceeds that support local nonprofit programs — a tradition the League continues to uphold today.
In partnership with the Asheville Rotary Club, JL Asheville, NC, establishes an Orthopedic Home.
