Professionally, Jo is an Associate at Cozen O’Connor and a trial lawyer focused on complex commercial and construction litigation. She has held significant national leadership roles within the American Bar Association, including serving as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division, a 105,000-member organization focused on professional development, advocacy, and public service.
Jo is a member of The Junior League because she believes in women building institutions that outlast any one individual. She views the League as a “leadership laboratory” where women learn governance, fundraising, strategy, and accountability in service of meaningful community impact. As a working mother and legal professional, she is committed to strengthening organizations so they remain inclusive, resilient, and positioned for the future.
