Meet Alison Burcham

Alison Burcham is an Active member of the Junior League of Omaha, NE who brings technical expertise and thoughtful leadership to her service. Having previously held leadership roles in Leagues in Seattle, WA and Portland, OR, Alison offers a multi-community perspective and adaptability shaped by experience in diverse environments. 

As a Regional Environmental Program Manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alison oversees regulatory compliance and environmental initiatives requiring careful risk assessment and responsible decision-making. Her role demands both attention to detail and long-term strategic thinking. 

Within the League, Alison has consistently demonstrated reliability and a willingness to take on responsibility. Her professional background strengthened her understanding of policy, compliance, and operational accountability. 

Alison believes strong organizations balance innovation with responsible oversight. She brings the committee a practical, steady approach and a commitment to ensuring that the League’s programs and governance structures remain sustainable and aligned with the Mission.
